Meet The Team
Bryan Badger, CEO
With a strong passion for technology and a desire to help the local community, Bryan Badger began Integral Networks more than 18 years ago. Since then, Bryan has been working with small- and medium-sized businesses by offering consulting in IT and other tech solutions. In conjunction with assisting local businesses, Bryan began Integral Networks to provide cloud-based solutions to small- and medium-sized organizations. This cutting-edge technology was something most regular IT companies could not offer at that time. Bryan and his entire technology team have been very early adopters of cloud technology solutions. As a consequence, they have been able to provide reliable and exceptional service to many clients. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys scuba diving and traveling with his wife. He also loves everything Disney.
Micah Mcdade, Service Operations Manager
Micah has been working in the IT service industry for nearly 20 years but joined Integral Networks in 2010. With extensive IT Helpdesk support and management background, Micah has developed his skills and grown into a Service Operations leader for Integral Networks. He has a strong passion for Customer Service and thrives in nurturing lasting client relationships. Outside of work, Micah loves theme parks (Disneyland!) and spends a lot of free time with friends and family.
Kimberly Ludington, Director of Operations
Kimberly is a passionate, self-motivated manager with leadership experience running mid-size companies. She started her career in the computer industry as a reseller for Silicon Graphics and DataCAD, but soon discovered her future path was to maximize direct impact to people and businesses.
Kimberly has spent the last 20+ years bringing success to businesses with ideation and delivery of business transformation solutions. Her specialties are Leadership, Strategy, Business Development, and Operations.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her children and grandchildren, paddle boarding, and playing with her 3 big dogs.
David Spink, Senior Architect Engineer
David started his career in IT in the mid-90s, at a small family-owned computer/networking business. Several years later he worked for CLC (computer learning center) for six years, during which he obtained several certifications. He became a MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) teaching the MCSE track, Cisco certified and teacher, and developed custom curriculum for the Bureau of Land Management. In 2004, David ventured into IT consulting where his focus is virtualization, cloud infrastructure and security.
David is a person that really enjoys the outdoors. He has always involved the whole family in activities such as backpack hiking (Yosemite and Sierra mountains), camping in the mountains, snowboarding, back trail dirt bike riding, and hunting. He currently lives in Missouri and spends much of his time enjoying disc golf (even has setup a course at his home), riding ATVs on his property to the creeks to fish, or you can find him on the pontoon boat exploring the Ozark lakes.
